NBC's "Scrubs" co-executive producer and writer Eric Weinberg was arrested Thursday for multiple sexual assault charges.

Los Feliz Police Department said the producer was taken into custody around noon. 

Over the course of seven years, Weinberg was charged with multiple sexual assaults.

According to the release, Weinberg targeted women in grocery stores, coffee shops, and other public places.

During photo shoots with the women, Weinberg sexually assaulted them at his residence as a photographer. 

Bail set for Weinberg is $3,225,000.

According to the release, police are looking for unidentified victims Weinberg assaulted in the early 1990s.

In 2002, Weinberg co-produced "Scrubs" and "Californication" for Showtime. 

In 2017, he was the executive producer for Epix's "Graves," starring Nick Nolte.
